Tahisha Y Love

Tahisha Yvette Love(TT) of Jersey City, NJ gained her heavenly wings on Monday, July 10, 2023. She was born on Tuesday, April 23, 1974 to the late Edward and Blanche Love in Jersey City, NJ and lived the later part of her life in Plainfield, NJ. 

She obtained her education in Jersey City, NJ at the Jersey City Public School System and was well known in the area. 

She went on to have five children; Daval N. Love-Edwards, Dawon N. Love-Edwards, Dashawn R. Love-Edwards, Tamara S. Love-Edwards and Day-von A. Love-Edwards. She was also the the grandmother to Ahmir N. Love. 

She was always a character to be around, never leaving you without a good laugh. She was full of love, laughter and life. She loved to sing and had a pretty voice. She and Carvin (first cousin) made it to the front page of the Jersey Journal when they was 5 years old for singing in the rain. All that really knew her could smile and remember the good times and memories shared with her. 

She is survived by her children, sister(Regina Lyzette Love), aunts, uncles, cousins, a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Blanche Love, her grandmother, Margaret Frazier(Nana), her aunt, Annie Mae Dupont, cousins Travis and Kenneth Dupont and other relatives.
