Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers (Russell) Watson was born February 26, 1967 in Jersey City New Jersey to Elder Brad Russell SR and Evangelist Irma L. Myers. She was one of nine children and was preceded in death by her sisters Evangelist Ernestine Y. Myers and Pastor Brazetta L. Myers.
On Monday, December 08 2020 Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers Watson (Russell) transitioned from earth to glory.
Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers (Russell) Watson graduated from P.S 24 located in Jersey City, NJ. Following graduation from grammar school she completed her high school education at Lincoln High school located in Jersey city, NJ. Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers Watson (Russell) did not stop there she continued her education by attending Hudson Community College in Jersey City, NJ. Thereafter she was married to the late Antonell P. Watson and was blessed with 4 sons Marquis A. Watson, Domonic J. Watson, Donovan D. Watson, Christian M. Watson (Anthony and Xavier).
Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers (Russell) Watson was a compassionate, positive and hard-working woman of God who always pushed for greater. No matter what she faced in life she always kept God first. Her love for God, ministry, and people was her passion. She would often tell everyone (God got us). Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers Watson (Russell) has served diligently in ministry since childhood; she received salvation at the age of 9. God has used her experiences, teachings, and anointing to develop disciples to be saved and equipped to fulfill Gods purpose in their lives. Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers Watson (Russell) received her license for evangelism through Presiding Bishop Donald S Hudson of Common Ground/Heritage Conference of Churches.
Everything God has called her to do she faced without hesitation she was a Pastor, Prophetess, Evangelist, Sunday school teacher, financial consultant, church trustee, and prayer warrior; among many other gifts and talents. So much of her work was accomplished during her membership and leadership at the following churches: COGIC Temple under the late Randolph D. Johnson, Mt. Zion COGIC under the leadership of Superintendent Dr. Eddie Williams, The Fellowship under the leadership of the late Overseer Dr. Nathaniel Screven. After years of service she later went to worship with Hudson Temple under the leadership of the late Bishop Arnold Z. Hudson. After completing her mission she joined New Beginning Ministries/Glory Fire Temple under the late Pastor Louis Henderson III and Pastor Lady Jacqueline L. Henderson where she served many many years. After years of ministry the Lord called her to Common Ground under the Leadership of Bishop Donald S. Hudson where she was a faithful, diligent member; and also an National Leader in the Heritage conference of churches until she became ill and was unable to travel the long distance. With the permission of her Leader, she would then fellowship with Miracle Temple Churches of America under the leadership of Pastor Earleen McCollum and Assistant Pastor Prophet Mark McCollum.
Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers (Russell) Watson leaves to cherish her sons Marquis A. Watson, Domonic J. Watson, Donovan D. Watson, Christian M. Watson (Anthony and Xavier), grand baby Dontell A, Watson. Her loving father Elder Brad Russell Sr, mother Evangelist Irma L, Myers, her siblings Deacon Ronald L.(Melvis) Fykes, Pastor Lady Jacqueline L. Myers Henderson, Pastor Ernest (Latisha) Myers III, Apostle Christopher J. (Chauncey) Russell Sr, Min Darren Myers, Karen (Philip) Myers Henry, Brad Russell Jr, Shante Russell; a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives, friends, and church family.
Prophetess Evangelist Sharon Lynette Myers (Russell) Watson will never be forgotten and always remembered by God got us.
