With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Louis (Lypoo) Floyd Arvinger Jr. a husband, brother, uncle, and friend, who departed this life on June 11, 2026, at the age of 55. Born on November 17, 1970, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Louis was the beloved son of the late Louis Arvinger Sr. and Bernice Arvinger and Step-son to the late Geraldine Arvinger , brother to the late Eartha Arvinger and Hendrick Duncan.
Lypoo was a beacon of joy to all in his presence marked by an infectious laughter with a penchant for humor that left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. Known for his witty charm and enthusiastic spirit, Lypoo was a natural at spreading happiness, often seen cracking jokes that lifted the spirits of those around him. His warmth and humor were a testament to the generous heart that beat within him, a heart that was dedicated to his family and friends.
Lypoo’s devotion to his family extended beyond words could explain. He is survived by his cherished brothers and sisters, Ebena (Neikiy)and Asmine Arvinger, Marlon, Timothy, Tashieka Jackson and Crystal Duncan. Louis embraced his extended family with open arms. He was a proud and affectionate uncle to his nieces and nephews, Shakira Jackson, Louis (Kiywaun), Nickwon, (Kiyree) Arvinger, Ventress (Colin) Williams, Paris Gaston, Nickiyla, Kiy-yon, Jaydin Arvinger. His legacy of love and laughter lives on in the hearts of his family, a host of relatives, and countless friends who were blessed to share in his journey. Lypoo found joy in the simplest of pleasures, always prioritizing time with his loved ones. Whether gathered around a dinner table, enjoying a leisurely afternoon, or sharing in the celebration of life's milestones,
Lypoo's presence was the thread that wove these moments into cherished memories. As we remember Lypoo we celebrate a life lived with passion, humor, and an unwavering commitment to those he loved. His vibrant spirit will forever echo in the laughter he inspired, the love he shared, and the memories he leaves behind. The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to all who have extended their love and support during this difficult time.
