Catherine Jackson

Catherine Jackson was born to the late Beni Black and Netlie Winbush on April 29, 1925 in Elliville Ga. Catherine received her education in Ellivile Ga and graduated from high school. Catherine Black married James Jackson on February 11, 1944 in Elliville Ga. They had 3 children James Jackson jr. Pamela Jordan and Joanne Green. 
Catherine was member of Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Jersey City, NJ for over 50th years and was baptized. She served on the usher board, and was the President of Floral Circle. Any place she needed she was willing to sever. Catherine worked for Emerson in Jersey City, NJ for several and retired from Unimark in Jersey City, NJ. Catherine loved spending time with her family. She always had big family gathering during the holidays and had cookout in her backyard with her siblings during the summer to keep the family together in love. Catherine loved spending time with her family . She would give family gathering during the holidays and would have cooks in her backyard with her siblings during the summer to keep the family together in love.
To cherish her memory, she leave six grandchildren Bridgett Maryland, Vincent Jackson and wife Stachia Jackson , Diane Black Burgess and husband James Burgess, Lanerma Jackson , Frankie Jordan and Wife Desma, Eddie Burns , Andrew Sims and wife Michelle Sims, godson Sidney Booker, son in law Henry Green and daughter in love Deborah Jackson Moody. She had 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and many loving relatives and friend.  
Her husband James Jackson and her children James Jackson Jr, Pamela Jordan, and Joanne Green all preceded her in death.
