She had a special way of getting her family and friends to do what she wanted them to do and whom she loved being around, especially during the holidays. She loved to party and going out to party with her "Sister Girls" in Brooklyn, NY. She would give you the truth in BIG doses and then help you swallow it down. She loved going out to eat but, you could always win her over with some Popeye's Fried Chicken, Pepsi and Mary Jane candy.
In 1990 Mary Catherine joined and was baptized at the Ebenezer Baptist Church on Monticello Avenue, Jersey City, NJ under the Pastorate of Rev. G. L. Wilson. Several years later when Pastor Wilson was called to the Grace Chapel church in Paterson, NJ Mary moved her membership to the Mt. Olive Baptist Church 400 Arlington Avenue, Jersey City, NJ under Rev.
